These terms cover your use of dealbaz.com (“Dealbaz”, “we”, “us”), a software deals directory operated by Appsbd. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Dealbaz is
Dealbaz is a listings directory. We publish software deals that vendors submit to us through submit.dealbaz.com. We don't sell software, take payments, hold funds, issue licences or fulfil orders. Every purchase happens on the vendor's own website, under the vendor's own terms.
We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. That means we can't issue refunds, cancel an order, extend or transfer a licence, or settle a billing dispute. Those are between you and the vendor you bought from.
2. Deals, prices and discounts
Vendors control the content of their listings — the price, the discount, the licence terms and the expiry date. We publish what they submit. We don't independently verify it.
Prices and discounts can change or end at any time, sometimes without any notice to us. The vendor's own checkout page is always the authoritative source: if a listing here disagrees with the vendor's site, the vendor's site is right.
Some deals are shown as a range rather than a single price, because that is how the vendor expressed them. When a deal ends we keep its listing visible and clearly marked as expired, so the record stays useful. An expired listing is a record, not an offer.
3. Coupon codes
Coupon codes come from the vendor. Some deals have no code at all because the discount applies automatically when you follow the link — those listings say so rather than showing a code.
We can't guarantee a code will work. Vendors withdraw codes, codes hit usage limits, and some are restricted to particular plans, currencies or regions. If a code is rejected at checkout, the vendor is the one who can help.
4. Links to vendor sites
Listings link out to websites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, their products, their security or their business practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.
5. Using the site
Browse, search and share Dealbaz listings as much as you like. Please don't:
- scrape or bulk-copy the catalog in order to republish it elsewhere;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or try to gain access to systems or data you aren't entitled to;
- submit a deal you have no authority to offer, or misrepresent who you are;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Vendor submissions
If you submit a deal, you confirm that you're authorised to offer it and that its details are accurate, and you give us permission to display the submitted name, description, imagery, pricing and links on Dealbaz.
We may edit a submission for formatting or clarity, and we may decline, amend or remove any listing at any time — for example when a deal has clearly lapsed, when the details turn out to be wrong, or at the vendor's request.
7. Intellectual property
Product names, logos, screenshots and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the deals they relate to. The Dealbaz name, layout and original text belong to us.
If you own material that appears here and you'd like it corrected or taken down, tell us and we will.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular we don't warrant that a listing is accurate, complete or current, that a deal will still be available when you click through, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Dealbaz nor Appsbd is liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any deal you found through it — including money spent on a product that didn't meet your expectations, a coupon code that didn't work, or a price that had changed before you reached the vendor.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
